For those of you engaging with the replay, here is how I recommend you conduct your vocal yoga practice:

Use the replay / SoundCloud playlist to engage with the vocal exercises EVERY DAY for the next 7 days
Use the Obstacle Breaker mantra to explore your voice as a daily devotional practice to magnetize your heart’s desires
Allow yourself to free flow with your voice after the meditation! Use a frame drum if you have one. I recommend a goat skin from Lark in the Morning or the vegan Buffalo Drum by Remo
